Grill the 3 ears corn over medium-high heat until the ears are lightly charred with grill marks. Set them aside to cool completely.
Combine 6 diced avocados,1 cup diced tomato,¼ cup diced onion, 2 teaspoons minced garlic , 1 tablespoon diced jalapeno, juice of 1 lime, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 pinch ground black pepper, and ¼ teaspoon ground cumin in a large bowl.
Carefully cut the corn off the cobs and add to the avocado mixture. Add the ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro and mix everything together until evenly combined. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
