In a small mixing bowl combine 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon black pepper.
Rub 2 pounds salmon fillets with 1 tablespoon olive oil and rub with the spice mix.
Grill the salmon on medium heat for about 3-5 minutes or until desired doneness.
For the salsa, mix 1 avocado chopped, 1 Roma tomato chopped, ½ small red onion chopped, ½ cup corn, 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro, dash of salt, and juice from 2 limes in a small mixing bowl. Top the salmon with the avocado salsa.
