Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut each 24 white dinner rolls* in half and spread mayonnaise on each side.
Fold the 24 slices deli ham, place it on the roll, and top with 12 slices halved cheddar cheese. Place the top of the roll over the fillings.
Place the assembled sliders in a 9x13 pan close together. *You should be able to fit 15 in a 9x13 and 9 in a 9x9 if you aren't doing 24.
Whisk together the 1 tablespoon poppy seeds, 1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard, ½ cup melted butter, and ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Brush the sauce generously over the top of the rolls.
Let butter set up and place in preheated oven. If you want the tops less brown, cover with aluminum foil. Let them bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and they are heated throughout.
