This Ham and Cheese Croissant Casserole is filled with comforting flavors of croissants, eggs, ham and plenty of melty cheese. It's quick and easy to throw together for a yummy dish that works for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and grease a 9X13 inch baking dish with softened butter. Be generous with the butter as it will add to the flavor of the casserole.
Dice the croissants into about 1 inch pieces and set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
To the bowl of eggs add the croissants, diced ham, and the cheddar and swiss cheese. Stir to combine everything well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Cover the casserole with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
