Honey Apple Cider Dressing
¾cupolive oil
¾cupapple cider vinegar
2tablespoonswater
¼cuphoney
1teaspoonsalt

Instructions
Salad
In a large bowl add 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce and 1 cup arugula. Add 2 cups cooked and chopped boneless skinless chicken breast, 5 slices cooked and chopped bacon, 2 hard-boiled eggs,2 sliced apples,1 cup roasted and cubed butternut squash, and 1 sliced avocado. Toss gently to mix the ingredients.
Top the salad with ½ cup prepared candied walnuts, and ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese.
Dressing
In a small bowl whisk ¾ cup olive oil, ¾ cup apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons water, ¼ cup honey, 1 teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
