Instructions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 pound lean ground beef, and cook until no longer pink.
Stir in 3 garlic cloves, minced, ¼ cup shredded carrots, and ¼ cup diced red bell pepper. Cook for 4 minutes or until the vegetables soften.
In a small bowl, whisk ¼ cup packed brown sugar, ¼ cup soy sauce, 2 teaspoons sesame oil¼ teaspoon ground ginger, and 1 teaspoon Gochujang Korean chili sauce,. Pour over the ground beef and let simmer for 2 minutes.
To serve, add ¼ cup of the beef mixture to a large leaf of the 10 leaves butter lettuce,. Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
