Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut all 12 white dinner rolls* in half. Spread ¼ cup mayonnaise on each sliced side.
Place half of the 12 slices cheddar cheese on top of the bottom half of the rolls.
Fold the 20 slices deli ham and place it on top of the cheese slices.
Add the rest of the cheese on top of the ham.
Place the top of the roll over the ham and cheese layers, then place the sliders in a pan. Whisk together 2 teaspoons poppy seeds, 2 teaspoons yellow mustard, ¼ cup melted butter, and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
Brush the butter mixture generously over the top of the sliders. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through. Remove the foil and bake for 5 additional minutes to get the tops golden brown.
