Ingredients
3cups cauliflower florets one head of cauliflower
2tablespoonolive oil
¾teaspoonkosher salt
fresh ground pepper
½cupgrated parmesan
2teaspoonschopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place 3 cups cauliflower florets on a large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tablespoon olive oil, sprinkle with ¾ teaspoon kosher salt and fresh ground pepper and toss until evenly coated.
Cook for 20 minutes, remove from oven, toss, and sprinkle with ½ cup grated parmesan. Bake for 10 more minutes. Garnish with 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley and serve.
