Peach Fluff Salad

It's peach season which means you have to make this Peach Fluff Salad! It's a creamy, fruity dessert that hits all the right notes and is packed with fresh peaches!

Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box peach jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 ½ cups peaches, diced

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add the 1 (3.4-ounce) box peach jello and 1 cup boiling water. Whisk for a couple of minutes until the jello is fully dissolved. Stir in ½ cup cold water and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Stir 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding into the jello and refrigerate for another 20 minutes until set.
  • Once the jello/pudding mixture has set, mix in 4 ounces cream cheese, and 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, until fully combined.
  • Fold in 2 ½ cups mini marshmallows and 1 ½ cups peaches,. Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving.
