In a large bowl add 4 cups chopped romaine, 1 cup raspberries, 2 thinly sliced pears, ½ cup shelled pistachios, and ½ cup crumbled feta cheese. Toss the salad.
Creamy Poppyseed Dressing:
Whisk together the ⅓ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup milk, 3 tablespoons sugar, 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar, and 2 teaspoons poppy seeds.
Add the poppyseed dressing to the salad and carefully toss to coat all the ingredients. Serve immediately.
