Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Add salt and pepper to 2 lbs sirloin steak, .
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and heat to medium-high in a large cast iron skillet. Add the steak and sear each side for about 2 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and toss with the meat. Remove from the pan.
Add 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, 2 cloves garlic,1 red bell pepper,1 green bell pepper,1 small white onion, and 4 ounces mushrooms, to the pan.
Cook for two minutes until the veggies are tender.
Add 4 ounces cream cheese and 1/2 cup heavy cream and mix well. Bring everything to a simmer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Add the steak back to the skillet. Sprinkle with shredded 1 cup pepperjack cheese, and stir to combine.
Transfer the cheesesteak mixture into a greased baking dish. Layer with 6 slices provolone cheese slices on top and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
