Ingredients

grits

butter
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large pot boil the water and salt. Add in the grits and stir.
Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot with a lid for 5-6 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add in the butter and stir until it melts.
Season with salt and pepper to desired taste. Serve warm.
