In a small bowl, whisk together the ¼ cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons orange juice, 1 tablespoon orange zest, ¼ teaspoon salt, and crack of pepper .
In a large bowl, add the 4 cups fresh chopped romaine lettuce, 3 sliced oranges, 1 large pomegranate, ½ cup crumbled feta cheese, and ¼ cup sliced almonds . Toss with the dressing until coated. Add sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
