Add 4 pounds chicken party wings, 3 ½ teaspoons salt, and 1 ½ teaspoon ground black pepper to a large bowl and toss to combine.
Combine 1 cup buffalo sauce , ¾ cup honey, ¼ cup lightly packed brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl. Reserve 1 cup of the sauce to the side, then pour the remaining sauce over the wings.
Toss the wings with the sauce until they're fully coated, then cover and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. After the wings have marinated, place them on the grill and cook for about 20 minutes, until they are crispy and reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. While the wings grill, turn them occasionally, basting them with the reserved marinade each time you turn them.
Remove wings from the grill and baste them again with marinade. Serve with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
