Spray a 3-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Add cooked and diced chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch.
Stir until it is mixed. Cook on low for 1-2 hours.
Right before it is done, add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and stir, then add the remaining ¼ cup cheese to the top. Let the cheese melt throughout and serve. Garnish with green onions and blue cheese crumbles if desired.
