In a 3 quart slow cooker spray with cooking spray. Add the chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch.
Stir until it is mixed. Cook on low for 1-2 hours.
Right before it is done, add 1 cup of the cheese and stir and then add the 1/4 cup cheese to the top. Let the cheese melt throughout and serve. Garnish with green onions and blue cheese crumbles if desired.
