Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray the inside of a 1 or 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine 8 ounces softened cream cheese, ¼ cup sour cream, ¼ cup mayonnaise, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper in a medium bowl.
Stir in 16 ounces well-drained canned lump crab meat until fully combined.
Spread the crab mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbling around the edges. Serve with a sliced baguette or tortilla chips.
