Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray a sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine 1 pound shelled and deveined large shrimp and 1 pound chopped asparagus. Add¼ cup melted unsalted butter, ¼ cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 (1-ounce) packet McCormick Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi Seasoning Mix. Stir until combined.
Spread the shrimp and asparagus on the sheet pan in an even layer. Scatter 1 sliced lemon on top.
Bake for 8 minutes or until shrimp is pink and cooked through. Serve immediately.
