These slow-cooker Asian lettuce wraps are packed with savory Asian chicken and fresh veggies wrapped in crunchy lettuce. They're so delicious that they reminded me of a nice restaurant.

Add 2 pounds ground chicken, the whites of 3 green onions,1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts,1 cup shredded carrots, 1 cup frozen shelled edamame, 4 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Chinese-style hot mustard,2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, and ½ teaspoon ground black pepper to the slow cooker. Pour 1 (14.5-ounce) can chicken broth over the top.
Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-2½ hours.
Strain out the excess liquid and break apart the ground chicken. Stir in ¼ cup hoisin sauce and the green part of the green onions, chopped.
Serve with 12 leaves butter or iceberg lettuce! Top with sweet chili sauce, , peanut sauce, and sesame seeds, if you like.
