Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the
3 tablespoons brown sugar
,
2 teaspoons cumin
,
2 teaspoons onion powder
,
2 teaspoons garlic powder
,
1 teaspoon paprika
,
1 teaspoon oregano
,
1 teaspoon salt
, and
1 teaspoon pepper
.
Rub the
4 pounds country-style boneless pork ribs
evenly with the spice mix and place them into a slow cooker.
Pour the
2 cups Homemade BBQ Sauce or Store Bought
over the ribs and toss to coat.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours until cooked through. They won’t be as tender if done on high.
Remove and serve fresh!
