S'mores crack is a quick way to enjoy the classic s'more experience without a campfire. This treat will quickly become a family favorite, featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, rich melted chocolate, and toasted marshmallows.
In a 9x13 pan lined with parchment, place 10 full-size graham crackers in a single layer along the bottom, ensuring the pan is fully lined by breaking crackers if necessary.
Add 1 cup salted butter and 1 cup light brown sugar, packed in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir constantly until the butter has melted. Let the mixture boil for 3-4 minutes until it starts to thicken.
Pour caramel mixture evenly over the graham crackers and bake for 6-8 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven, sprinkle with the broken 3 chocolate bars, pieces, and then 1 cup mini marshmallows.
Turn the oven to broil then place the pan back into the oven until the marshmallows start to get golden, about 1-2 minutes. Watch it CLOSELY, this happens very quickly because every oven is different.
Allow the bars to cool and slightly harden then cut into pieces and serve.
