Snickerdoodle Blondie

all-purpose flour

baking powder

brown sugar,
packed

cup
butter,
room temperature

eggs,

tablespoon
vanilla
Cinnamon topping:
2
tablespoons
white sugar
2
teaspoons
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl whisk the butter, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla.
Combine the flour mixture with the butter mixture. The batter will be thick almost like a cookie mixture.
Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish. Combine the cinnamon topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top springs back when pressed.
Remove from heat and cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
