Spicy Kielbasa Chili Dip is loaded up with smoked kielbasa, cream cheese, black beans, pinto beans, jalapeños and ooey gooey cheese! Serve with tortilla chips and red peppers for an irresistible dip you won't be able to get enough of!
In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the 1 pound diced smoked kielbasa until evenly browned. Transfer the cooked kielbasa to a small crockpot.
Add to the crockpot the 2 (10.5-ounce) cans Ro-tel with diced green chiles,1 (15-ounce) can chili beans, 1 (15-ounce) can black beans,1 package McCormick Chili Seasoning, and 4 ounces canned diced jalapeños, to taste.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 ½ to 3 hours or until hot.
Cube the 1 (8-ounce) block softened cream cheese add it to the crockpot, and briskly whisk until completely smooth.
Stir in the 2 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese. Cover and cook until the cheese is completely melted.
If desired top with fresh cilantro and chopped green onions, bacon bits, and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy with chips for dipping.
