Strawberry Cookies 'n Cream Cookies
Easy and delicious cookies that are made with a cake mix and pudding mix with delicious cookies and cream pieces hidden inside! They are a fun pink color with a crisp edge and chewy center!
Servings: 24 cookies
Ingredients
- 1 (15.25-ounce) box strawberry cake mix
- 1 (3.4-ounce) package strawberry creme instant pudding mix
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 drops red food coloring optional
- 10 snack-sized cookies 'n creme candy bars, broken into small pieces
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to combine 1 (15.25-ounce) box strawberry cake mix, 1 (3.4-ounce) package strawberry creme instant pudding mix, 2 large eggs, ½ cup vegetable oil, and 2 drops red food coloring. The dough will be quite thick.
- Scoop the dough using a small cookie scoop onto the prepared baking sheets, about 1 ½-2 tablespoons of dough each. Leave at least 2 inches between them.
- Get the 10 snack-sized cookies 'n creme candy bars, and press a few pieces into each scoop of dough.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes. The edges should be set, but the centers will look underdone. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and press a few white chocolate chips from the ½ cup white chocolate chips onto the empty spots of the cookies.
