Instructions
Combine 1 ¼ cups crushed pretzels and ¼ cup granulated sugar, then stir in ½ cup melted salted butter.
Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 10-inch pie dish. Cover and chill the crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
Add 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 8 ounces room temperature cream cheese, and ½ cup powdered sugar to a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer or stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment until smooth and combined. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed.
Gently fold 1 ½ cups thawed whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
Spoon ½ cup of the 1 (21-ounce) can strawberry pie filling or topping onto the bottom of the chilled crust. Carefully top the strawberry filling with the cream cheese mixture and smooth the top.
Add the remaining strawberry pie filling to the top of the cream cheese mixture. Cover and chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
