In a medium-sized bowl, add 1 cup mayonnaise, juice from half a lemon, ⅓ cup diced dill pickles, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, 2 tablespoons dried minced onion, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
Stir it all together to combine. Serve immediately or chill.
