Easiest Homemade Pizza Ever! Foolproof, dough is ready in 20 minutes, best pizza ever and taken from my quick and easy dough recipe. Crispy crust with all your favorite toppings to make your pizza night a bonus!
Mix 1½ cups warm water, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, and 1 tablespoon yeast. Let that sit for 5 minutes.
Add 3 ½ cups flour, and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix the dough until smooth, I used my kitchen aid mixer with the dough hook. Alternately you can knead by hand. Let rise for 10 minutes.
Portion the dough into the size of the pizzas you will be making. I divided mine in half and made two pizzas. Let the dough rest for another 10 minutes and then roll out.
Spread 1 (14-ounce) jar pizza sauce evenly about an inch from the edge. Top with 2 cups mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes.
Notes
I divided my dough in half and made two medium-sized pizzas. Alternatively, you can use all the dough to make one large pizza, or divide it into fourths and make four mini pizzas.
