In a large bowl, combine 1 pound ground turkey, ¼ cup plain bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon dijon mustard , 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce , 3 teaspoons minced garlic, 1 large egg, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper.
Shape the meat mixture into four large patties. Place the patties on the preheated grill and grill on each side for 5-6 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve warm with your desired toppings and favorite buns.
