Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes. Preheat grill to medium high. Grill on each side for 5-7 minutes on each side or until no longer pink. Slice the chicken into strips.
To Assemble the Gyros:
Place a pita flatbread on the bottom. Add the chicken, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta. Drizzle tzatziki sauce on top.
