Ingredients

russet potatoes

olive oil

Italian seasoning

Instructions
Preheat the
air fryer
to 380 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice the potatoes using a
fry cutter
, or slice them into 1/4-inch strips.
Rinse the potato slices in cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a medium-sized bowl toss with olive oil, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Place the fries into the basket of the air fryer in a single layer.
Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Toss the fries halfway through the cooking process to ensure the fries get evenly cooked.
Serve with ketchup or
fry sauce
