Homemade Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

Lemon Juice

Instructions
In a food processor blend together the lemon juice and garlic cloves.
Using a mesh strainer, pour the lemon and garlic into a bowl and discard any chunks.
In the same bowl add the tahini, cumin, and salt and stir together.
Add the water a little bit at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
Serve with pita or veggies.
