Ingredients
Meat
- 1 pound ground turkey, or ground beef
- 2 tablespoons package taco seasoning
- 4 ounces canned green chilies
- 1 cup salsa
Toppings
- rice
- lettuce, chopped
- black beans, drained and rinsed
- avocado, chopped
- cheddar cheese, shredded
- tomato, diced
- mango, diced
- cilantro
- tortilla strips
Instructions
Meat
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground turkey. Cook until no longer pink.
- Add the green chilies, taco seasoning, and salsa. Stir to combine and cook an additional 2 minutes.
To Assemble
- Serve the meat mixture over rice or shredded lettuce.
