Cheesy Olive Bread is a crunchy bread layered with salty green olives, black olives, chunks of tomatoes and melted cheese to make an outstanding appetizer!

  • 1 loaf French Bread sliced in half
  • 8 ounces Black Olives sliced
  • 8 ounces Pimento Stuffed Green Olives
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese shredded
  • 2 green onions sliced


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the sliced bread cut sides up on a large cookie sheet.

  2. In a medium sized bowl, add olives, butter, ,mayonnaise, cheese and green onions. Mix until all incorporated.

  3. Spread evenly on each sides of the bread. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
