Cheesy Olive Bread is a crunchy bread layered with salty green olives, black olives, chunks of tomatoes and melted cheese to make an outstanding appetizer!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the 1 loaf French bread, cut sides up on a large baking sheet.
In a medium-sized bowl, add 1 (6.5-ounce) drained can sliced black olives, 1 (10-ounce) drained and chopped jar pimento-stuffed green olives, ½ cup softened butter, ½ cup mayonnaise , 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese, and 2 tablespoons sliced green onions. Mix until all incorporated.
Spread the olive mix evenly on each side of the bread. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
