  • 1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Creamy Sauce

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a medium sized skillet add the brussels sprouts, olive oil and garlic. Sauté until almost tender about 5-7 minutes. Remove the Brussels sprouts and set aside.
  2. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and cornstarch and whisk together until smooth. Add the Parmesan Cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Simmer until the sauce starts to thicken.
  3. Add the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat in the creamy sauce until heated through.
