Add 1 pound 85% lean ground beef and 1 (1.12-ounce) package McCormick Grill Mates Korean BBQ Marinade to a medium sides bowl and mix just until incorporated, being careful to not over mix.
Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each one into a patty.
Place the burgers on the grill and cook for 8 minutes, flipping them over halfway through. Cook until the meat reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit on a meat thermometer.
Prepare the slaw by adding 2 cups coleslaw mix, 2 teaspoons rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil to a medium bowl and toss until combined.
Sweet Chili Lime Mayo
Add ¼ cup mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce, and 1 tablespoon lime juice to a small bowl and mix until combined.
Assemble the burgers with romaine lettuce under the patty, if desired, and top the patty with the slaw and sweet chili lime mayo. Serve immediately.
