Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a medium-sized skillet over medium heat, add 1 pound lean ground beef. Cook and brown the beef until no longer pink.
Add 1 (28-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce to the skillet and stir to combine. Set aside.
Cook 12 ounces spaghetti according to the package directions. Drain and place the noodles in a large bowl.
Add 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, and 1 clove minced garlic. Stir until the cream cheese has melted and the noodles are coated.
Place a small amount of the meat/sauce mixture in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Add the spaghetti mixture on top of the sauce then top with the remaining meat/sauce mixture. Sprinkle ½ cup grated parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
