Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl whisk together the 1 (5.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix and 1 (3.4-ounce) package banana cream pudding mix. (Do not prepare the pudding, leave it dry.) Add the 2 eggs, ½ cup melted butter, 1 tablespoon milk. Stir until combined.
Fold in 1 cup white chocolate chips. scoop the cookies out into about 2 tablespoon-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets.
Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown.
