Ingredients

unsalted butter

brown sugar

all-purpose flour

baking powder

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x13x2 inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
Melt the butter and mix it with the brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
To the same bowl, add the flour and baking powder. The mix will be crumbly at this point. Be careful not to overmix these!
Add in the eggs and vanilla, when they are incorperated add in the chocolate chips.
Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes and enjoy!
