Add 1 pound large shrimp,14 ounce pork or chicken sausage,1 medium-sized zucchini,1 medium-sized yellow squash,½ bunch asparagus, and 1 red bell pepper, in a large bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning and toss until coated evenly.
Spread the shrimp, sausage, and veggies evenly onto a sheet pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until shrimp is pink and vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and pepper, if needed, and enjoy!
