Rinse and dry the 5 ounces spinach and add to a large bowl. To the bowl add the 1 (14.5-ounce) well drained can sliced pears, 1 cup candied walnuts, ⅓ cup dried cranberries, and 1 diced large avocado.
Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing
Combine the 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, ¼ teaspoon lemon zest, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 3 tablespoons granulated sugar in a blender or food processor.
Blend or pulse until completely smooth. Slowly pour in the ⅓ cup vegetable oil and blend. Stir in the ½ tablespoon poppy seeds.
Pour the dressing over the salad mix and toss to coat everything evenly. Top with the ⅓ cup feta cheese and enjoy!
