Chicken Bacon Ranch Pinwheels are an easy wrap your family or party guests will love! They are rolled up and loaded with hearty chicken, savory bacon, and cheese, all slathered in a delicious ranch-flavored cream cheese. You can enjoy them both hot and cold!
In a large bowl, mix 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese and 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning until it is evenly incorporated.
Add in 2 cups diced cooked chicken, 8 ounces cooked and diced thick-cut bacon, 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Spread a layer of the mixture over 2-3 burrito-size tortillas, about ¼ to ½ inch thick, and roll the tortilla tightly into a cylinder.
Place the cylinders in the fridge for 10 minutes. Remove from the fridge, turn the cylinders seam side down, and cut into about 1-inch thick rolls.
