Perfect Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread is soft and sweet and incredibly easy to make from scratch at home. It's the best zucchini bread and tastes amazing with coffee for a satisfying breakfast or as delicious afternoon snack!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Generously spray a 9" bread pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Whisk together 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ¾ teaspoon baking soda in a small bowl until combined. Set aside.
In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, mix together ¼ cup canola oil, ½ cup granulated sugar, ¼ cup brown sugar, and 2 large eggs for about 1-2 minutes until slightly fluffy. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and ¼ cup sour cream.
Fold in 1 ½ cups zucchini grated and strained and ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Add the flour mixture into the zucchini mixture. Stir to combine and pour the batter into the prepared bread pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes. Oven temperatures vary, so just make sure a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool the bread for 10-15 minutes and carefully remove the loaf from the pan. Slice and enjoy!
