Creamy Grape Salad is a sweet and sour combination of bright green and purple grapes frosted with silky smooth sour cream and topped with a crunchy pecan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the 1 (8-ounce) block softened cream cheese and 1 cup sour cream until smooth. Add 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and mix.
Add the 2 pounds seedless green grapes and 2 pounds seedless red grapes and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
Top with 3 tablespoons brown sugar and 3 tablespoons chopped pecans before serving.
