Creamy Parmesan Herb Mushroom Chicken is a 30 minute meal that tastes straight from a restaurant. The parmesan cream sauce has fresh herbs and mushrooms that coats the chicken perfectly. This meal is phenomenal!
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until browned and no longer pink. Remove chicken and set aside on a plate.
Returning to the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons butter and melt. Stir in the garlic, fresh herbs, and mushrooms. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, and parmesan cheese. Whisk over medium-high heat until it starts to thicken.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh herbs and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
