Instructions
Add 3 chicken breasts to a large slow cooker and season with 1 teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, ¼-½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper.
Add 2 (10.5-ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup, 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, 1 cup diced onion, and 2 teaspoons minced garlic evenly over the chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or on HIGH for 4-5 hours.
Use two forks to shred the chicken, then add 12 ounces cooked spaghetti noodles, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and ½ cup sour cream, and stir until well combined.

Leftover Instructions
Fridge: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat in the microwave in 30-second intervals until fully heated through.
Freezer: Not recommended for freezing, as that will change the creamy consistency.
Make Ahead: You may add everything to the slow cooker through step 2, then cover and refrigerate the crockpot insert for up to 24 hours before cooking it.
