Crunchy Baked Parmesan Garlic Shrimp is buttery and delicious parmesan garlic shrimp coated and baked to crispy crunchy perfection. The flavor is incredible and you won't be able to get enough!
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl combine 1 ½ pounds large raw shrimp, 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
In a small bowl add ½ cup Italian bread crumbs, and 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese. Sprinkle mixture on top of the shrimp and toss the shrimp until coated and place them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for about 7 minutes and broil for 1-2 minutes so the top is nicely golden. Serve with chopped fresh parsley for garnish .
