Ingredients

  • 1 pound peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (14-ounce) package pork or chicken sausage sliced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add 1 pound peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the 1 (14-ounce) package pork or chicken sausage, 2 tablespoon olive oil , and 2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning . Toss to coat the shrimp and sausage.
  • Thread the shrimp on the skewer with the sausage in the center of the shrimp. Repeat until all the shrimp and sausage has been placed on the skewers.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cook on each side for 1-2 minutes until the shrimp is opaque.
