Ingredients

tablespoon
oil
1
pound
peeled and deveined shrimp
¼
cup
hoisin sauce
1
tablespoon
low sodium soy sauce
green onions for garnish
sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
In a large skillet heat the
1 tablespoon oil
over medium high heat.
Add the
1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
and cook until the shrimp is fully cooked and no longer translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
In a medium bowl combine together
¼ cup hoisin sauce
and
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
. Pour the sauce on top of the shrimp and toss to coat.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat the sauce. Serve immediately with green onions and sesame seeds for garnish, if desired.
