In a large salad bowl, add 1 (8 ounce) bag spring greens, cooked and diced 2 chicken breasts, 1 pint cherry tomatoes, ½ red onion, 1 cup toasted pecan halves, and 1 (2.5 ounce) bag apple chips. Top with 6 ounces feta cheese and ½ cup dried cranberries.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ⅓ cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 2-3 garlic cloves, 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard, and 3 tablespoons honey.
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat the salad ingredients.
