Rub 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, salt, and ground black pepper,.
Grill the chicken on each side for 2-4 minutes until it is cooked through and reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice the chicken.
In a large bowl add 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce, 1 sliced avocado , 1 pint halved cherry tomatoes, 1 cup croutons, ½ cup shaved or shredded parmesan, and top with the sliced chicken. Toss together.
To make the dressing, combine 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, ¼ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup olive oil, and ½ cup shredded asiago cheese in a medium bowl.
